The Appearance Committee is a sub-committee of the Lake Placid / North Elba Community Development Commission.  As such the Appearance Committee promotes the objectives of the Comprehensive Plan concerned with enhancing the aesthetic appeal of the community. 

The Appearance Committee is currently working on a master plan for updates to Peacock Park/the Mirror Lake Waterfront.
